I’m Dr Sidney Calder, and after growing up in sunny Townsville, I completed my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at James Cook University. I went on to spend a number of years working at Townsville University Hospital, before undertaking training to become a General Practitioner.

In medicine, I’m particularly passionate about Antenatal care, Women’s Health and Paediatrics and Adolescent care. I have completed additional training with Certificate of Women’s Health through RANZCOG and

I enjoy providing antenatal shared care and also have expertise in Menopause and Perimenopause medicine. I have also completed a Graduate Diploma of Child Health through Western Sydney University.

I am passionate about providing high quality health care & really love being able to care for the whole family.
