I’m Dr Stephen Loo and I am the principal doctor of Generations Medical, the new medical centre in the familiar Gailey Fiveways location. Having grown up in Brisbane, I have long been familiar with the area, even more so following my 8 years of studies at UQ, gaining my Bachelor of Science first and then graduating from Medicine in 2006.

My medical background includes many years of orthopaedics, intensive care and emergency department before I finally decided to pursue General Practice, allowing me to utilise all of my combined skills and experience as well as allowing me time outside of work to spend time with my family. I have particular interests in skin cancer checks and surgery, sports medicine, weight management, and chronic disease management. I do, however, view myself as a true generalist and really enjoy bringing it all together to look after each of my patients as a whole person.

My clinic will offer a full range of services, to try to minimise the amount of travel required. I look forward to helping you to achieve your best health in an easy to understand and approachable manner.
